Rules and Information

The OTC Training Center is available for rental by the general public for events that require little to no technical elements. The training center is equiped with a full pro audio sound system, theatrical lighting, and a stage measuring 24′ Wide by 8 Feet Deep in 4′X8′ Sections which can be reconfigured at any time. The center is not large enough to accommodate permanent sets, and does not offer private dressing or green rooms of any kind.An ideal event for the training center would be concerts, small theatrical performances that require little to no rehearsal, parties, and seminars. Below you will find a list of policies for renting the training center.
